Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any services offered on thehughesjonescentre.ca (the “Website”) operated under the brand name Realz (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Player” or “User”) and Realz. Your continued use of the Website or any of its services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Website.
1.2. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Website.
1.3. Language
These Terms and Conditions are provided in the English language. In the event of any conflict between translations or versions, the English version shall prevail.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Website.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives awarded under a promotional offer.
- "CAD" means Canadian Dollar, the primary transactional currency of the Website.
- "Game" means any casino game, slot, table game, live dealer game, or other wagering product available on the Website.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under our compliance obligations.
- "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid Account on the Website.

- "Wagering Requirement" (also “Playthrough Requirement”) means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1. Age Requirements
Use of the Website and participation in any Games is strictly limited to individuals who are 19 years of age or older in provinces where the minimum legal gambling age is 19 (including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba), and 18 years of age or older in provinces where that lower age applies. You must be of legal gambling age in your province of residence to open an Account or place any wager. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and we will suspend or permanently close Accounts where the Player is found to be underage. Any winnings obtained by underage Players will be forfeited.
3.2. Eligibility Criteria
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity;
- You have attained the minimum legal gambling age applicable in your province or territory of residence;
- You are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Territory;
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Realz or any of its affiliated service providers;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
- You are not subject to any Self-Exclusion order, including those issued through provincial self-exclusion programs;
- Participating in online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence.
3.3. Registration Process
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
3.4. One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Website. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If we detect or suspect that a Player holds more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all balances, including any winnings. 3.5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of our compliance obligations, we are required to verify the identity of all Players. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's licence, provincial ID card);
- Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 90 days);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., copy of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account);
- Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team.
We reserve the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.6. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@thehughesjonescentre.ca if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your Account.
4. Account Management
4.1. Account Currency
All Accounts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified at the time of registration. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals will be calculated and displayed in CAD. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are initiated in a different currency.
4.2. Account Verification Holds
We reserve the right to place a temporary hold on Account activity, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, pending the completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. We will communicate the reason for any hold and the steps required to resolve it promptly.
4.3. Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC requirements and withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
4.4. Account Closure by Realz
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest conduct;
- Provision of false or misleading information;
- Underage gambling;
- Use of prohibited software, bots, or automation tools;
- Money laundering or violation of applicable financial regulations;
- Any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Website or other Players.
4.5. Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if the Player has not logged in or conducted any transaction for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. We reserve the right to apply an administrative fee of up to CAD 10 per month to dormant Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of such fees. Once the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the point of dormancy designation.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Not all methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals.
5.2. Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is CAD 10 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion. We do not charge fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
5.3. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is CAD 20. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours after approval by our payments team, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times thereafter depend on the payment method selected:

5.4. Withdrawal Limits
Standard withdrawal limits are as follows, unless modified by a VIP or loyalty tier arrangement:
- Daily limit: CAD 5,000
- Weekly limit: CAD 15,000
- Monthly limit: CAD 40,000
Progressive jackpot winnings may be subject to separate payment schedules communicated at the time of the win.
5.5. Anti-Money Laundering
All transactions are subject to our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any AML investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide all documents reasonably requested.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1. General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by Realz are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at our discretion.
6.2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a bonus, a Player must have a verified Account in good standing. Bonuses are intended for recreational play and are not available to Players who have registered under a Self-Exclusion programme or who are engaging in bonus abuse. We reserve the right to refuse any bonus to any Player at our sole discretion.
6.3. Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following standard wagering requirements apply:
- Welcome Bonus: 35x (bonus amount)
- Reload Bonuses: 30x (bonus amount)
- Free Spins Winnings: 30x (winnings amount)
Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.4. Game Contribution Rates
Not all Games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Standard contribution rates are as follows (subject to change per promotion):

6.5. Bonus Abuse
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots or automated software to complete wagering requirements, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (arbitrage), and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, we reserve the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and close the Account.
6.6. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus
While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is CAD 5.00 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are in play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.7. Withdrawal Conditions
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until wagering is complete. The maximum withdrawable amount derived from a bonus offer may be capped; any cap applicable will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7. Games & Fair Play
7.1. Game Availability
The Games available on the Website are provided by third-party software providers. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific Game at any time. Games may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced without prior notice. Some Games may not be available in all provinces due to regulatory requirements.
7.2. Random Number Generator (RNG)
All Games utilising an RNG are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Certification details for our gaming software are available upon request. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome or winning probability beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages made available by individual game providers.
7.3. Malfunctions & Technical Errors
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a Game, we reserve the right to void any affected rounds and refund any stakes wagered during the malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. We will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to connectivity issues on the Player's side, server interruptions, or software bugs.
7.4. Prohibited Conduct in Games
The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using the Website's Games:
- Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to play Games;
- Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or loopholes;
- Reverse engineering or attempting to decode any Game's source code or RNG;
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive play.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
7.5. Play Money & Demo Mode
Certain Games may be available in a “demo” or “play money” mode for practice purposes. Play money winnings carry no monetary value and cannot be converted to real funds. Demo mode gameplay may not be available to all registered Players in all jurisdictions.
8. Tournaments & Lotteries
8.1. Tournament Rules
From time to time, Realz may offer Casino Tournaments in which Players compete for prize pools based on their performance in designated Games over a specified period. Each Tournament will be governed by its own specific ruleset, which will be published on the Website prior to the Tournament's commencement. General participation conditions include:
- A Player must have a verified Account in good standing to participate;
- Participation may require a buy-in or may be free to enter;
- Leaderboard rankings are determined by the criteria specified in the Tournament rules (e.g., highest win multiplier, total points earned);
- In the event of a tie, the Player who achieved the qualifying score first will be ranked higher;
- Prize distributions will be made within 72 hours of Tournament conclusion;
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify a Tournament at any time, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.
8.2. Lotteries & Prize Draws
Where lottery or prize draw promotions are offered, participation is subject to the individual terms of each draw. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless expressly stated. Winners may be required to complete additional identity verification before a prize is awarded.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Ownership
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of Realz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Canadian copyright, trademark, and trade dress legislation.
9.2. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
9.3. User Content
If you submit any content to the Website (such as reviews, feedback, or forum posts), you grant Realz a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for any purpose. You represent that you have the right to grant such a licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. General Disclaimer
The Website and its Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2. Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Realz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Website or its Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the greater of (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD 500.
10.3. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from third-party payment providers, game software providers, or any other third-party services integrated into the Website. Each third-party provider is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and integrity of its own services.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Internal Complaints
If you have a complaint relating to the Website or its Services, please contact our Customer Support team in the first instance:
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 days. Complex complaints may require additional time; we will communicate any such extension to you.
11.2. Escalation

11.3. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Canadian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Canada.
11.4. No Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
12. Health & Safety
12.1. General Health Notice
Extended use of online gaming platforms may have effects on your physical and mental well-being. We recommend taking regular breaks, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and not allowing gambling to interfere with your personal relationships, financial obligations, or employment. If you experience eye strain, headaches, or other symptoms related to extended screen use, please take appropriate breaks.
12.2. Photosensitivity
Some Games may contain flashing lights or rapidly changing visual sequences. Players with a history of photosensitive epilepsy or related conditions should consult a physician before playing. If you experience any adverse physical reaction while playing, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

14. Miscellaneous

14.2. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Realz with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
14.3. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if given in writing by an authorised representative of Realz.
14.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without restriction.
14.5. Force Majeure
Realz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, power outages, or actions of governmental authorities.
